Where’s the nearest beach?

The beaches of Sainte-Anne and Grève du Man are accessible just outside the campsite. And in the heart of the campsite, you can access a small cove (the Kleguer cove), but hush! These beaches are ideal for swimming or relaxing on the sand…

How far are we from Roscoff?

The campsite is located 6km from Roscoff, 12km from Carantec, 6km from Santec and 22km from Morlaix.

How far is the campsite from the cycle paths?

The nearest cycle path is 1.5km away: the Vélodyssée (EV1), Vélomaritime (EV4).
And as soon as you leave the campsite, you’ll have access to easy, pleasant circuits and loops along the seafront.

Where is the nearest train station and airport?

The nearest train station is in Morlaix, 22km away, accessible by bus from St Pol via the local Breizhgo bus network(line 25 or line 29).Brest airport is 45 min or 52 km away.

What’s the nearest village?

Saint-Pol-de-Léon is the nearest town, 1.8km away.
In July and August, a free shuttle bus runs between the town center and the seaside, where the campsite is located.

Where and when are the nearest markets?

The St Pol market takes place every Tuesday, and the Roscoff market every Wednesday.
In summer, you can stock up on local produce at the Sunday morning market in the town center.
And take advantage of the Thursday market in Carantec and the Saturday market in Morlaix to visit our neighboring towns.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

Subject to availability, you can choose your pitch or campsite rental in Roscoff at no extra cost.

What is the tourist tax?

Tourist tax is payable by all adults.

Can I pay in instalments?

If you would like to pay for your stay in instalments, please contact us on 02-98-69-18-81 or by e-mail: info@camping-ar-kleguer.com!

Are you Vacaf-approved and do you accept vacation vouchers?

The campsite is not VACAF-approved, so CAF vouchers are not accepted. ANCV vacation vouchers are accepted, as are e-connect vouchers.

How do I make a claim? And in the event of a dispute, who do I contact?

Any complaint following a stay must be made in writing, and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days of your stay to the campsite address, Avenue de la mer 29250 Saint-Pol-de-Léon.

In the event of litigation: jurisdiction is delegated to the courts of Morlaix or Brest.
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, within a period of one year from the date of his/her written complaint, the consumer, subject to article L.152-2 of the French Consumer Code, may submit a request for amicable resolution by mediation to SAS Médiation Solution 222 chemin de la bergerie 01800 Saint-Jean de Niost | site: www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr, e-mail: contact@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr.

What does cancellation insurance cover?

The campsite does not offer cancellation insurance.
Please contact Campezcouvert for a suitable service!

FAQ

What type of electrical outlets are available on the pitches? Is electricity included in the pitch price?

Pitches are equipped with French or European plugs, and we can lend you adapters (subject to a deposit) – the amperage is 10A.
When pitching, you can choose whether or not to have electricity.
To avoid any risk of fire or electrocution, it is forbidden to recharge your electric vehicle on the mains sockets (in the mobile home or on your pitch), as they are not designed for this purpose.
Dedicated recharging sockets are available on the campsite.
Please ask at reception!

Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?

We don’t rent fridges, but you can buy 1.5l bottles of frozen mineral water for 1€, which you can use in your coolers.

Is water available on every pitch?

Water points are scattered around the campsite, but there is no water directly on the pitches.

Is it possible to empty the toilet?

Chemical toilet emptying points are available in the washrooms. view map

What are the maximum dimensions for caravans and campers?

If your motorhome or caravan is longer than 7.5m, we can offer you pitches for motorhomes that are suitable in terms of size and access.

FAQ

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?

In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday by the week.
In the off-season, mobile homes are rented for a minimum of 2 days, with the exception of Ty baradoz-Taos, which is rented for 3 nights.

Do I have to pay a deposit when I move in? When can I get my deposit back?

A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival for all rental stays.
It is payable in cash, credit card (not debited).
Your deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after checking that your rental is in good condition.

Is it possible to arrive before 4pm?

Rentals are only available from 4pm.

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?

One parking space is provided per pitch or accommodation. No additional vehicles will be accepted without prior authorization from the campsite.
A supplement will be charged for the second vehicle.

Is it possible to rent a baby cot or high chair?

Baby kits are available at €20 per stay, including the cot, its mattress and undersheet, a high chair or booster seat and a bathtub, depending on the age of your child.

Are terraces covered?

All mobile-home terraces are covered (fully or at least 2/3).

Are sheets, towels, comforters and blankets provided?

Please bring your own sheets.
Cotton sheet kits are available for rental.
We do not supply bathroom linen for gîtes only.
However, all rentals are equipped with blankets and pillows.

Is the mobile home equipped with a television?

All rentals are equipped with TV sets and free access to TNT.

How are the accommodations equipped? Is there heating in the accommodation?

Rentals are equipped with heating but not air conditioning.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

If you wish to have a tent near your mobile home, please contact reception for authorization.
In all cases, rentals can accommodate a maximum of 4 or 6 people.

Is smoking allowed in rental properties?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rentals.

Is my dog allowed in the rental property?

Only ONE pet is allowed in the rentals, with the exception of Ty Baradoz , Ty Nevez and Ty Mamig where NO dogs are allowed.

What time do I have to return the mobile home? Do I need to make an appointment for the departure of the rental?

The rental must be vacated by 10am at the latest.
You can only make an appointment to leave before 8am.
It is imperative that you respect these conditions to ensure that your accommodation is ready for the next guests.

What are the pool dimensions?

The indoor pool is 80m² including its paddling pool.
The outdoor pool is 107m² and the leisure pool is 85m².

What are the opening dates and times of our swimming pools?

The indoor swimming pool is open from April to September from 10am to 7pm.
The aquatic area is open in July and August from 10am to 8pm. more info here PLOUF

Are swimming shorts allowed?

Swimming shorts are permitted in the outdoor pool area, but not in the indoor pool.

Do I have to pay to use the Hammam and swimming pool?

Access to the Hammam and pools is free.
The Hammam is freely accessible in the indoor pool area and is only authorized for people over 16. more info here PLOUF

Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

Visitors are allowed on the campsite and must report to reception; they are liable for the “visitor” fee. see prices here

Do you have a kids’ club?

In July and August, the kids’ club is open to children aged 4 to 12, free of charge from Monday to Friday, 10am to 12pm.
To register, call the office the day before. An activity leader (French-English) proposes activities adapted to the age, the child and the weather!

How late can I drive into the campsite?

At the campsite entrances, a barrier allows access to the campsite between 7 a.m. and 10.30 p.m.
At night, to ensure peace and quiet for everyone, you can park your vehicle in the night parking lot.

Is there a bread service?

Throughout the season, you can order bread and pastries from 8:30 a.m. at reception or at the bar, depending on the period of your stay.

Are bicycles available for hire on site?

For a day or half-day, you can rent bicycles or electric bikes, for adults or children.
One of our adult models has a child port.

Are there any shops on the campsite?

On the campsite, there’s a convenience store at the bar or at reception in the off-season.
Our baker delivers every morning!

Do you offer any entertainment at the campsite?

The campsite offers (free) entertainment in July and August: children’s club for ages 4 to 12 from Monday to Friday, in the mornings and during the week, various activities are organized in the afternoons (e.g. pétanque, sandcastle competitions, Olympics, archery, orienteering…).

Is there wifi at the campsite? Is there a charge for wifi?

The campsite is covered with Wi-Fi.
A central access point provides 30 minutes of free wifi per device every day.
Beyond this time and on your pitches, access is subject to a charge according to the brochure prices.

Do you have any special equipment for cyclists?

As a ” BICYCLE HOME”, we can lend you kits for small repairs, inflation, a room to keep your bike or your equipment safe during your stay, or even something to wash your bike!

Do you have special equipment for hikers?

For hikers and bikers, there’s the hiker’s area: free access to the room for relaxing on sofas or eating seated, with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and a small library available for free use.

Do I have to pay to use the Hammam and swimming pool?

Access to the Hammam and swimming pools is free.
The Hammam is freely accessible in the indoor pool area and is only authorized for people over 16.

Is there a city shuttle bus in front of the campsite?

In July and August, a free shuttle service is available at the campsite exit all day long, for easy access to St Pol town center and its services!
